All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. If you need rush shipping or need the items on a certain date, please call to place the order so we can make sure you receive the items on time.

Please keep in mind that UPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays as shipping or delivery days.

For example:

  • A UPS Next Day Air package shipped on Friday will deliver the following Monday.
  • A UPS Second Day Air package shipped on a Thursday will also deliver the following Monday.
  • A UPS Second Day Air package shipped on a Friday will deliver the following Tuesday.
  • If you have any questions about delivery dates or need rush shipping, please call to place your order.
  • All orders are processed to the best of our abilities, if any changes need to be made we will contact you by phone and/or email as soon as possible.

If you order a single bat or a single glove and no other item, please use SIG (Single Item Ground) as the shipping method. SIG can only be used for a single bat or single glove - orders with multiple items or for anything that is not a single bat or single glove, must use UPS or any other appropriate shipping method besides SIG.

Custom items (including Majestic items and New Era items) are not available for Next Day or 2 Day Air shipment. If you need rush shipping on any custom item or have any questions about shipping, please call our Customer Service line.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Additional shipping charges may apply. Make sure you provide a phone number or email address with your order. We will be glad to confirm your total before shipping. Orders placed outside the continental U.S., including APO/FPO orders, require additional shipping charges not reflected above. You will be contacted via phone or email prior to the addition of any shipping costs and/or alternate delivery times. LineDrive.com pricing may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. If you are ordering from any of these areas, you will be contacted prior to delivery if there are discrepancies in prices. Shipping prices may be higher in these areas depending on weight.

All International orders are subject to customs, duties and taxes which are imposed by your country.

OUR "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" POLICY

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return any item for refund, credit or exchange if it is in "resalable" condition, within 60 days. (This policy does not include videotapes, Belly Button/Ear Rings, DVD's, books, or custom clothes.) Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of the products. Use of products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty.

Custom items are not eligible for cash or credit card return, only for return for store credit. Some custom items can be exchanged for a different size if needed. Any custom or stock items that have had a player's name, team name, team logo or player's number added are NOT eligible for return or exchange of any kind. Custom items include but are not limited to: Majestic apparel; New Era caps; DeLong apparel; any jersey or shirt with custom name, team name, logo, player name added; Mizuno custom gloves; any special order batting helmet or custom painted batting helmet; custom catcher's equipment; any equipment bag with custom name, team name, logo, or player name added; Richardson caps. If you have any questions about an item's return possibilities, please call our Customer Service line.

RETURNS POLICY

If you experience a problem with any of our products, simply fill out the return/exchange form provided on the back of your invoice, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. This return/exchange form must accompany all returns.

Send all returns to: LineDrive, 14711 W. 112th Street, Lenexa, KS 66215. It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS (it's faster and safer). Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 60 days after purchase. No credits or refunds for forwarding shipping charges.

LINEDRIVE BAT WARRANTY INFORMATION

All defects/warranty issues are handled by manufacturer. Any bat that is out of the wrapper is considered used. Any bat out of the wrapper must be returned to the manufacturer. If you return a bat to LineDrive that is out of the wrapper, it will be shipped back to you. Wooden Bats do not come with a warranty.
